摘要
利用有限元方法对开关磁阻电机的非线性特性进行了研究。考虑到开关磁阻电机的磁饱和、非线性及磁场疏密分布的情况,利用ANSYS软件对开关磁阻电机在不同转子位置、不同电流载荷下的磁场分布进行了二维有限元分析和计算,据此可求得电机的参数和性能,作为电机进一步优化和控制的依据。对AN-SYS的求解功能进行了深一步的挖掘和应用,使此软件在电机中的应用更趋于模块化、通用化,大大提高了计算速度,节省了机时。
The nonlinear characteristics of switched reluctance motor are studied by using finite element method in this paper. ANSYS software is employed to take a 2D finite element analysis and computation for magnetic field distribution of a switched reluctance motor under different rotor displacement and different current load. Through this process, the main parameters and performance of machine can be obtained, which will be used for future studies and control. Meanwhile, developing and applying more deeply in ANSYS makes this software be more modularized and generalized. Further more, computation speed also can be improved, which saved the computation time effectively.
