摘要
介绍了改进检测PVC树脂中残留氯乙烯及1,1-二氯乙烷的方法。采用固上顶空法、GDX301(180~250μm)填充柱(内径2 mm、柱长1 m)分离氯乙烯及1,1-二氯乙烷效果好,峰形好,加入的标准样品回收率:氯乙烯为89.4%~104.0%、1,1-二氯乙烷为102.4%~110.0%;相对标准偏差:氯乙烯0.51%、1,1-二氯乙烷1.11%;氯乙烯与1,1-二氯乙烷检测限分别为0.02、0.1μg/g。该方法操作简便、耗时少,色谱分离结果能满足检测要求,标准曲线线性好,准确度、精密度能满足分析检测的要求。
Improvements on the method for the determination of residual vinyl chloride and 1, 1 - dichloroethane in PVC resins were introduced. Good separation effccts were obtaincd by adop, ting empty headspace method,GDX301 (180~ 250 μm) chromatographic pillar with inner diameter 2 mm and length 1 m. The peak form was good. The recovery of standard sample added were 89.4% ~ 104.0% for vinyl chloride and 102.4% ~ 110.0% for 1,1 - dichloroethane, the relative standard deviation were 0.51% for vinyl chloride and 1.11% for 1,1 - dichloroethane,and the limits of detection were 0.02 μg/g for vinyl chloride and 0.1 μg/g for 1,1 - dichloroethane. This method was simple to operate, needed less time, gave good chromatography separation effccts and nearly linear standard curve,and the accuracy and precision met the requirement of analysis and determination.
