摘要
以改性脲醛树脂为基料,磷酸和淀粉为阻燃剂制得膨胀型透明防火涂料。介绍该涂料的配方和生产方法,初步研究脲醛树脂改性机理。加入以造纸废液为主自制的稳定分散剂,涂料的稳定性大大提高,尤其是涂料不易凝胶,储存期延长。该涂料价格低廉,具有良好的阻燃防火性能和较好的透明性。
A transparent dilatant fireproof coating was prepared, based on a modified urea-formaldehyde resin as binder, and phosphoric acid and starch as fire retardant. The formulation and production process of the coatings was described. The mechanism of modified UF resin and the effect of steady dispersant which is composed of waste residue of paper making was studied. Especially, it made coating not easy to gel and prolong time of deposited. This coating is low in cost and good in property.
