心肌缺血再灌注损伤中细胞凋亡的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 近年研究表明,细胞凋亡在心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)中占有重要地位,细胞凋亡与MIRI之间有着密切关系。细胞凋亡的主要途径有Fas/FasL途径和线粒体途径等,其中Caspase-3的激活是两种凋亡信号转导路径中共同的关键环节。由于MIRI中细胞凋亡是其重要机制之一,对细胞凋亡调控和防治的研究成为近年来心肌保护课题的热点。现就对细胞凋亡与MIRI的关系以及细胞凋亡的途径、调控因素和防治的研究进展作一综述。  Recent researches indicate that apoptosis plays an important role in myocardial ischemial-reperfusion injury.There is intimate relationship between apoptosis and myocardial ischemial-reperfusion injury.Fas/FasL and mitochondrium pathways are the two main apoptotic pathways,among which activation of Caspase-3 is the key link in signal transduction pathways.Study aiming at regulation as well as prevention and cure of cell apoptosis is the hot spot in topics of myocardial protection because cell apoptosis is one of important mechanism in MIRI.This article reviews cell apoptosis about its relationship with MIRI,apoptotic pathway,regulatory factors as well as prevention and cure.
