摘要
文化全球化是伴随经济全球化必然到来的社会现象,它带来了全球范围内不同文化的交融、碰撞,这对辽宁老工业基地的振兴也产生了极大的影响。优先发展先进的文化生产力、建立健全文化创新体系、公共文化服务体系和现代文化市场体系,借鉴日本、韩国发展文化产业的有益经验,是文化全球化条件下辽宁老工业基地振兴必然的战略和策略选择。
Cultural globalization following the economic globalization is the inevitable social phenomenon. With the enhancement of the economic globalization day by day, the commercialization of the cultural products has already become the irresistible tendency of the day, and this has brought about a great influence on the rcvitalization of the old industrial base of Liaoning. Put cultural productivity in the position of developing in priority, and regard cultural industries as the pillar industries of national economy; Use the beneficial experiences of Japan＇sand ROK＇s developing the cultural industries for reference, and form the new mode of guiding inside and uniting outside of cultural industries; Expand marketization degree of the cultural industries, and build up the modem normal cultural market system. Those are the inevitable choices of strategy and tactic under the cultural globalization condition.
