摘要
目的了解西宁市社区卫生人力资源现状,为合理配置社区卫生人力资源提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样调查,对西宁市四个区社区卫生服务中心和社区卫生站进行问卷调查。结果调查的596名卫生技术人员中,平均年龄为(39.69±10.62)岁,平均从事专业时间为(17.63±9.75)年,男女性别比例为1∶2.57。学历以中专所占比重较大,大专以上学历仅占39.93%。技术职称以初级为主,占51.85%。医护比例为1∶0.75。结论社区卫生服务人员存在学历层次偏低、职称结构及医护比例不合理、全科医生严重短缺等问题,应加以解决。
Objective To investigate the present state of community health human resources in Xihing city and to supply reference for the appropriate dispose of human resources. Methods Sampling survey by questionnaire was adopted in the community health service stations. Results In all 596 staff enrolled in the investigation, the average age of medical health technical staff was (39.69 ± 10.62)years ,the average time of working in medical health was( 17.63 ± 9.75 )years, the sex ratio( male to female) was 1: 2.57, Education background of technical secondary school was principal part in the staff and record of higher education was only 39.93%. Primary professional title accounted for 51.85%. The proportional of medical man and nurse was 1 : 0.75. Conclusions The professional knowledge of health personnel was not well, and health personnel in community health service were low in record of formal school and the professional title. Those problems should be resolved in the future.
