摘要 针对液柱射流式脱硫反应器,进行了烟气流速、入口烟气温度、入口SO2浓度等运行参数和结构参数对烟气含湿量和脱硫效率的影响的试验研究。减小管板上布置的喷嘴出口直径可以有效改善脱硫浆液的液滴破碎效果,从而显著提高脱硫效率。选择适当的结构和运行参数,液柱射流塔的脱硫效率可以达到90%以上。 A new type of jetting liquid column tower for wet flue gas desulphurization was built in laboratory. The effects of the operational and the structural parameters on the desulfurization efficiency and gas humidity with the falling film desulphurization device are studied, including gas velocity, inlet-gas temperature, SO2 concentration, the shape of nozzle, etc. Decrease of the diameter of the nozzles result s in better atomization, which greatly increases the desulfurization efficiency. With optimized geometry and operation parameters, the desulfurization efficiency can be improved to 90%.
