摘要
研究了烟叶破碎后其生理指标在自然条件下的变化情况,比较了不同浓度的肌醇六磷酸(植酸)对破碎后细胞抽取液生理指标的差异.结果发现,自然条件下烟叶破碎后,pH值、丙二醛、色素都是逐步变大的,多酚氧化酶的活性正好相反.破碎过程中加入不同浓度的植酸后,经0.2%的植酸处理,各项生理指标表现较好,表明0.2%的植酸处理能有效地降低细胞破碎后多酚的褐变,有利于对烟叶有益物质的提取,使烟叶得到最大程度的综合利用.
The different physiological indicator changes after tobacco leaves shattered under natural conditions was studied and the differences between several physiological indicators of different density phytic acid were compared. The results indicated that pH value, MDA and pigment content were gradually getting larger and polyphenoloxidase activeness is just opposite under natural conditions after tobacco leaves shattered. In the process of tobacco leaves shattered joins the different density phytic acid, each physiological indicator performance is found to be good of 0.2% phytic acid process. It indicated 0.2% phytic acid processing can effectively reduce polyphenols brown under natural conditions, is advantageous in leaf tobacco effective component withdrawing, enable the tobacco leaf to obtain the greatest degree of comprehensive utilization.
