摘要
随着传统的人事管理逐渐被现代人力资源管理所取代,企业逐步建立起以能力为中心的人力资源管理体系。这一根本性的变革,给专门培养高技术、高技能专门人才的高等职业技术教育提出了新的要求。对企业人力资源管理体系与高职人才培养的关系、高职教育如何适应现代企业人力资源管理要求等作了一定探讨。
As the traditional personnel administration is gradually replaced by modern human resources administration, enterprises begin to set up system of human resources administration centered on ability. This dramatic change presents new requirement to higher vocational and technical education specializing in training talent s with proficient skills and abilities. This paper explores the relationship between the system and talent training of higher vocational education, how can it adapt to the requirements of modern human resources administration in enterprises, etc.
