摘要
校园暴力越来越明显地侵害到学生的安全和学校的教学秩序。校园暴力个案与暴力程度均有增长,帮派情形明显。校园暴力的形成和增长,与许多具体的相关因素如学生的低自尊、学生在学习或情绪困扰上的挫折、被排挤、逃学、帮派力量、药物和酒精滥用等有关系。学校过大、学生人数过多、缺乏人性化、缺乏交流、缺乏参与空间等,也有重要影响。家庭关爱缺失、影视与网络暴力影响、社会冲突、失业和贫困、医疗保健的缺乏等,也成为重要因素。政府在规划、财政支持和行政管理等方面,发挥着预防和处置校园暴力的重要职责。在政府的主导下,学校、社区与警察的三方合作,教师、学生与家庭的三方合作,是消解校园暴力的重要途径。
Campus violence is the behavior intended to harm the schools, teachers, and especially students, which occur often on campus or in events involving schools. It tends to become more frequent, more wide-spread, and involve more gangs. The formation of campus violence is closely related to the low self-esteem of students, worsening academic performance, emotional issues, low participation in student activities, and abusing drugs and alcohol. Some reasons for this phenomenon are the carelessness, lack of respect and biases from teachers. Furthermore, large school populations, lack of personal attention and communication also play essential roles. Finally, family issues, media violence, social conflicts, poverty and absence of social security also give rise to campus violence. Governments should take an active role in preventing and handling campus violence, especially through final controlling and political intervention. Good campus environment creates respectful interpersonal relationships among students. Direct help from teachers works well in resolving violent behaviors while biases from teachers can directly enhance them. Sufficient communication is the key to resolving violence through resolving conflicts, getting rid of loneliness, enhancing tolerance, etc.
