摘要
基于MATLAB的Simulink工具箱、webserver工具箱、虚拟现实工具箱和虚拟现实语言(VRML)构建了网络交互式虚拟现实实验系统,系统由一个服务器和若干个客户机组成。学生在客户机上通过互联网可浏览服务器上的虚拟演示实验,并可根据需要在客户端实时地修改实验参数,这些参数通过网络传到服务器后,服务器会将更新的虚拟的实验现象和实验结果传到客户机,从而完成交互式虚拟现实实验过程。
A networked interactive virtual reality experimental system is built up by using the Simulink Toolbox, Webserver toolbox and the virtual reality toolbox of the MATLAB, as well as the Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML). The system is composed of a server and several clients. The students at the clients can browse the virtual experiments shown at the server through the Internet. They can also modify parameters of the virtual experiments through the Internet at any time. After the modified parameters are sent to the server, the server will send updated experimental phenomena and results back to the clients so as to implement the process of interactive virtual reality experiments.
