摘要 植物样品经微波消解,在硝酸介质中采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定硒。方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为4.36%,硒的检出限为0.008 mg/kg。方法经植物样品国家一级标准物质验证,结果与标准值吻合。对5种42个植物样品的硒含量进行了测定,所得结果与外检结果一致。 A method for the determination of selenium in plant samples by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was developed. The samples are treated with microwave digestion in HNO3 medium. The detection limit of the method for Se is 0. 008 mg/kg and the precision is 4.36% RSD (n = 12). The method has been applied to the determination of Se in National Standard Reference plant samples and the results are in agreement with certified values. Selenium in 5 kinds of 42 plant samples are determined by the method and the results are in agreement with external examination results.
