摘要
采用HF+HClO4+HNO3分解试样,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HGAFS)测定非金属矿凹凸棒石及泥质岩中的硒.其方法回收率在98.2%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.95%-5.80%,方法检出限可达到3.5×10^-11g/mL.经实验证实方法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高等优点.
The sample was dissolved in HF, HClO4 and HNO3, then directly determine selenium of industrial minerals with HG-AFS. The relative stand deviation was 0. 95%-5. 80% and the recovery was 98.2%-103.0%. The detection limit was 3. 5×10^-11 g/mL. The method is simple, quick and high sensitivity.
