摘要 目的:评价多层螺旋CT在预测卵巢癌肿瘤细胞减灭术可行性中的应用的价值。方法:采用多层螺旋CT扫描对47例卵巢癌患者行术前分析,判断肿瘤的可切除性,将影像结果与手术结果相对照。结果:多层螺旋CT预测卵巢癌患者肿瘤细胞减灭术可行性的准确率87.2%,灵敏度86.8%,特异度88.9%,阳性预测值97.1%,阴性预测值61.5%。结论:采用多层螺旋CT能够更可靠地对卵巢癌进行术前评价,应为卵巢癌患者术前首选和必须的检查方法。 Objective: To evaluate the application of muhislice CT in predicting the feasibility of the cytoreductive surgery in the patients with ovarian cancer.Methods: Examined 47 patients with ovarian cancer before operation using multislice CT. Judged the stage radiologically, then compare the results with that of operation and pathology.Results:The accuracy of multislice CT in predicting the feasibility of the cytoreductive surgery is 87.2%, the sensitivity is 86.6%, the specificity is 88.9%, the positive predict value is 97.1% and the negative predict value is 61.5%. Conclusion:With muhislice CT, preoperative evaluation is more reliable and exact. It is the first and necessary choice for clinical practitioners.
