摘要
目的:评价多层螺旋CT在预测卵巢癌肿瘤细胞减灭术可行性中的应用的价值。方法:采用多层螺旋CT扫描对47例卵巢癌患者行术前分析,判断肿瘤的可切除性,将影像结果与手术结果相对照。结果:多层螺旋CT预测卵巢癌患者肿瘤细胞减灭术可行性的准确率87.2%,灵敏度86.8%,特异度88.9%,阳性预测值97.1%,阴性预测值61.5%。结论:采用多层螺旋CT能够更可靠地对卵巢癌进行术前评价,应为卵巢癌患者术前首选和必须的检查方法。
Objective： To evaluate the application of muhislice CT in predicting the feasibility of the cytoreductive surgery in the patients with ovarian cancer.Methods： Examined 47 patients with ovarian cancer before operation using multislice CT. Judged the stage radiologically, then compare the results with that of operation and pathology.Results：The accuracy of multislice CT in predicting the feasibility of the cytoreductive surgery is 87.2%, the sensitivity is 86.6%, the specificity is 88.9%, the positive predict value is 97.1% and the negative predict value is 61.5%. Conclusion：With muhislice CT, preoperative evaluation is more reliable and exact. It is the first and necessary choice for clinical practitioners.
