摘要
原子荧光分析方法的研究开发与应用在中国已有30年的历史。通过对该领域30年来的文献统计与数据分析,综述了该方法在检测元素、分析对象、仪器开发等方面的进展概况。
The review focuses on the 30-years＇ development of atomic fluorescence spectroscope technique in China, based on the published literature statistics. The measuring element, analyzing objects and instrument development are discussed briefly.
