摘要
弹道导弹的综合效能是反映其整体性能的最重要的综合性指标。在对弹道导弹进行系统分析的基础上,建立了分层的效能评价指标体系;确定了采用模糊综合评判的评估方法;建立了评估的数学模型并分析了模型中各环节的选择方案。最后用算例验证了该评估方法的有效性。
The comprehensive effectiveness is the most important index for the system performance of a ballistic missile. On the basis of system analysis of ballistic missiles, multi-hierarchy effectiveness evaluation index system is founded and Fuzzy Synthetic Assessment Method is chosen for evaluation. The model for evaluation is founded, and the available choices for the key parts of the model are analyzed. An illustration is used in the end to validate the evaluation method.
