直肠癌全系膜切除术后吻合口瘘的防治 被引量：32

摘要 近年来，直肠癌的综合治疗已经引起人们的重视。新辅助放化疗（neo-adjuvant radiochemotherapy，RCT）的应用，配合全直肠系膜切除术（total mesorectal excision，TME）已经使直肠癌患者手术后的局部复发率明显降低。综合治疗对直肠癌手术后的远期生存率的影响临床上并无定论，仅有少数作者认为，直肠癌术前辅助放化疗可以明显改善患者的远期生存。因此，当前对直肠癌的治疗，
