摘要
随着我国司法鉴定制度改革的深入,我国司法鉴定体制模式已初具规模。但目前的司法鉴定机构之设置模式仅仅只能作为一个过渡阶段的模式。要真正实现司法鉴定制度之完善,还有很长一段路要走。司法鉴定机构必须要走向独立化、二元化和标准化。这样,才能实现司法鉴定的公正和效益价值。
With the deepening of China＇s reform of the judicial authentication system,the model of China＇s justice authentication system has begun to identify model.However,the present model of construction of judicial authentication body is only at its transitional stage.To truly perfect justice authentication system,there is still a very long way ahead.Judicial authentication institutions must become independent,binary and standardization.Only in this way,the value of justice and effective of judicial authentication will be achieved.
