摘要
高校属于知识密集的组织,高校的发展在很大程度上取决于高校教师能力水平。构建基于知识管理的高校人才培养模式,对于提高高校人才的能力水平具有重要意义。在研究知识管理基本理论和高校人才培养现状的基础上,构建基于知识管理的高校人才培养模式。
Colleges and universities, as a knowledge-intensive institution, to a great extent, depend on their teachers＇ ability to develop themselves. Therefore, constructing a talent-cultivating model in colleges and universities based on knowledge management is of great significance to improve the ability of talents at college. On the basis of research of knowledge management theory and the reality of talent-cultivation at colleges and universities,the paper constructs talent-eultivaring model in colleges and universities based on knowledge management.
