摘要
主要介绍了中草药提取物在粮食作物、水果和蔬菜中抑菌保鲜作用的研究进展,并对其在热带果蔬中的应用进行了展望。
This paper has mainly introduced the research progress of function of restraining the fungus and keeping fresh in the cereal crops, fruit and vegetables of herbal extracts, and has looked forward to its application in tropical fruits and vegetables.
