摘要
综述了不同外墙外保温系统在我国建筑节能领域的应用现状与发展趋势;在原有建筑节能以及风荷载对建筑影响研究的基础上,参照相关国内外标准、技术规程对各类外墙外保温系统的抗风荷载性能进行了理论及实验分析,结果表明各类外墙外保温系统在施工质量完全达标的情况下,具有较高的抗风荷载性能安全系数。总结了国内外外墙外保温系统风荷载性能的检测方法,在进行多年外墙外保温系统风荷载性能检验的基础上,提出静态风荷载检测方法的重要性。
This paper summarized the actual state of application of different External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS) to building energy saving in China and its developing trend. Theoretical and experimental analysis were made on performance against wind load of various kinds of ETICS, on the basis of study on original building energy saving and influence of wind load on building, referring to relative standards and technical regulations at home and abroad. The result showed that every kind of ETICS had high safety factor of wind load resistance providing the construction quality perfectly reaches to the standards. ETICS wind load test methods at home and abroad were summarized and the importance of static wind load test method was put forward based on checkout of wind load resistance of ETICS for years.
