摘要
１４７例高血压脑出血术后有２７例并发胃肠出血，其病死率明显高于非胃肠出血组。本文就其发生率、发病机理、影响因素进行分析，并提出了预防和治疗措施。
Among 147 patients after operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,there were 27 patients complicated by gastrointestinal hemorrhage (GIH).The case mortality of GIH was significantly higher than that of non GIH.The incidence,pathogenesis and effected factors of GIH were analysed,and the precautionary and therapeutic measures were proposed.
