摘要
目的:针对化积颗粒剂的制备及其质量控制开展研究。方法:采用渗漉结合醇沉的提取法,将处方药材制成颗粒剂,并采用薄层分光光度法测定补骨脂素含量。结果:颗粒剂符合要求,其补骨脂素含量不低于36.34μg/g。结论:该颗粒剂制备方法合理可行,其质量稳定,能满足药效研究的制剂应用要求。
Objective ： To study the preparation and quality control of Huaji - granule. Methods ： Permeating extraction was used to make crude drug into granule ,then using thin -layer chromatographic colorimetry to determine the content of Psoralen. Results ：The granule accords with requirement, the content of Psoralen is not less than 36. 341μg/g. Conclusion ： The preparation method of this granule is feasible. Granule quality is stable which can reach to the requirement of preparation method of drug effect study.
