摘要 目的了解糖尿病视网膜病变的现状。方法参阅国内外相关文献,对近年来糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机理及治疗研究进展作一综述。结果糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机理可能与多元醇—肌醇代谢异常、蛋白质的非酶糖基化、自由基的作用、二酯酰甘油与蛋白激酶C系统的活化及细胞因子的作用等因素有关。结论充分利用多种生物活性分子在眼组织的生物学特征,从阻断它们与受体的结合,以及阻断它们结合后发挥生物学效应等方面入手,为糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗开辟新的天地。
