摘要
为了研究藏獒毛色的遗传规律,对不同血统的红棕色与杏黄色藏獒进行了选配,并对不同组合的17窝幼犬进行了表型性状统计分析,结果显示:藏獒红棕色与杏黄色毛色之间不存在显隐性关系,其后代毛色呈中间型遗传规律.红棕色与杏黄色藏獒的杂交后代出现了毛色分离,红棕色幼犬占62.3%,杏黄色占37.7%.在交配组合中,父本中红棕色所占比例越大,则其后代中出现红棕色幼犬越多;而当父本中含有杏黄色血统时,后代中则出现了其它杂色毛的幼犬,其数量随杏黄色血统在父本中所占比例的增大而增多.
In order to determine the color inheritance of Tibetan Mastiff, reddish brown Tibetan Mastiff were crossbred with apricot ones and hair color phenotype of 17 litter puppies of different copulatory combinations were observed, their hair color separate type and proportion were analyzed according to Mendel Gregory's heredity theory and color inheritance across chisquare checkout. The result showed that there was no dominance-recessive relation between reddish brown hair and apricot hair, however a middle-type genetic laws were observed. Meanwhile, pure-blood crossbreeding combinations' hybrid progeny showed separation of their hair color,reddish brown color puppies accounted for 62.3 % ,apricot color was 37. 7%. In the copulatory combinations, there were more reddish brown color puppies if father contained more bloodline of reddish brown color. Puppies unexpectedly appeared other hair colors, and their proportion was increasing with the bloodline of apricot color in their father.
