摘要
介绍世界有关国家水电资源开发程度及利用状况,并对比分析我国水电资源开发利用状况,指出我国与世界水电大国的差距。分析国外一些国家水电资源的市场化运营情况,总结国外水电开发运营经验,提出今后我国水电开发应注重的问题。
The development and utilization conditions of hydropower resources for relevant countries were introduced, and the comparison of development and utilization conditions of hydropower resources in China with those in other countries was carried out, as well as the gap was pointed out between China and the countries with abundant hydropower. The operation conditions of hydropower resource markets in some foreign countries were analyzed, and based on it, the experiences of hydropower development and operation in these countries were summarized, and the problems that should be noticed in the development of hydropower in the future in China were put forward.
