摘要
根据欧美客户的需求,运用多股纱开发了立体休闲上装面料。文章着重阐述了通过多股纱的结构、色彩设计及组织结构选择来体现成品立体感的设计思想。介绍了2种样品形式——包袱样和通幅样的用途、工艺设计、生产流程和工艺重点。生产出的成品经检测符合对欧美地区出口的品质要求,同时提出了利用生产车间剩余单纱开发样品、节约成本的生产管理新思路。
According to the requirements of America and Europe customers, the company has successfully developed the stereo leisure jacketing by using mniti-ply worsted yarns. The paper emphasizes the designing idea of standing out the stereo of the fabric through the selection of structure, the colourway of multi-ply yarns and fabric structure. It introduces the use, craft design, production procedure and the emphasis of two forms of the fabric sample. The finished product is tested completely accord with the expert quality requirement of America and Europe. Meanwhile, the paper brings forward a new idea of utilizing the disused yarns which can not been used in the normal products to save the cost of samples production.
