摘要
针对国内外信息保障体系研究现状和目前我国信息保障体系存在的主要问题,提出了构建河北省信息保障体系的设想,并设计了该体系的基本模型。
This paper,according to the research status of information insurance system of worldwide and elementary problems of information insurance system in our country,suggests constructing an information insurance system in Hebei province and gives a basic model of the system.
