脑干听觉诱发电位、肌电图在大型听神经瘤术中监护应用的初步探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位、肌电图在大型听神经瘤术中的监护作用。方法对7例大型听神经瘤患者术中进行脑干听觉诱发电位和神经肌电图联合监测。结果面神经解剖6例,保留未成功1例,全部病例术后未出现脑干功能的改变。结论大型听神经瘤术中进行电生理监测可提高受累的颅神经的解剖和功能保留率,同时可保护脑干功能的完整性。 Objective To explore the function of intraoperative monitoring by brainstem auditory evoked potential and electromyography during the operation of large acoustic neuroma. Methods The intraoperative monitoring of affected cranial nerve and brainstem function respectively by brainstem auditory evoked potential and electromyography was performed in 7 patients with large acoustic neuroma. Results The facial nerve was preserved anatomically in 6 patients, and the function of brain stem was preserved in all patients. Conclusion Intraoperative physiological monitoring may increase the anatomical and function preservation rate of affected cranial nerve and also may effectively preserve the function of brain stem of patients saffered from large acoustic neuroma.
