摘要
电子政务信息资源管理由许多环节构成,而这些环节之间相互联系、互为因果,它们之间相互联系、相互作用的方式和原理就构成电子政务信息资源管理机制,良好的管理机制是实现电子政务管理的基本条件。本文提出了电子政务建设管理机制的三个组成要素,并对其运行机制等问题进行了分析,试图对电子政务信息资源管理理念与范式及其变迁的内在规律等一系列前沿性课题作初步的理论探索。
The information resource management of the E--government is formed by a lot of links, and connect each other, act as the cause and effect of each other between these links, connect each other between them, interactive way and principle form the mechanism of management of information resources of E--government.
