摘要
分析了气体渗碳淬火件渗层中非马氏体组织的控制,从气源选择,渗碳机制,天然气质量及其净化,甲醇、氮气和液氨的质量控制,淬火冷却及回火,毛坯的预备热处理等方面论述了提高渗碳淬火件质量的措施,简述了氮碳共渗质量的控制和金相检验方法。
Control of non-martensite in the case of carburized and subsequently quenched parts was analyzed. Ways to improve on the quality of carburized and subsequently quenched parts were described, including selection of raw gases, mechanism of carburizing, grade of natural gas and its depurating, control of grades of methanol, nitrogen and liquid amonia, quenching and tempering, conditioning heat treatment for blank and so forth. The metallographic inspection method of nitrocarburizing quality and its control were briefly introduced also.
