摘要
基于CFD的技术,用STAR-CD软件在不同工况下解析轴向柱塞泵的侧向流道,该计算选用多重参考坐标系和标准k-ε模型,对压力、速度特性进行了分析和研究,提出了优化模型,并分析了动力粘度对流道的影响,为流道的研究提供了参考。
Based on CFD technology, the lateral liquid channel of axial piston pump is analyzed under different conditions by STAR-CD. The analysis is completed in a multiple reference frame. The standardk-εturbulence model is applied. By analyzing the pressure and velocity characteristics, the optimal model is put forward. Combining with the analysis of the influence molecular viscosity on liquid channel, the reference of research of the liquid channel is taken out.
