摘要
采用加大流量法对小流量高扬程离心旋涡泵进行了水力设计,并对自行研制的HTB-5/60型离心旋涡泵进行了与开式旋涡叶轮、复合离心叶轮及诱导轮有关的性能试验及汽蚀试验。试验研究表明:设计的诱导轮大大提高了泵的汽蚀性能,样泵的各项性能均可达到设计要求,复合离心叶轮与开式旋涡叶轮串联离心旋涡泵的理论设计是可行的。
Based on the increasing-flow design method, the hydraulic design of small-flow high-head centrifugal-vortex pumps was presented, and the experimental study related to open-vortex impeller, complex-centrifugal impeller and inducer was also carried out on an HTB-5/60 model centrifugal-vortex test sample pump. Also a great many of experimental investigations were analyzed and obtained. All the test results show that performance and cavitation characteristic of the test sample pump adapt to the requirement of the design where the inducer can greatly improve the cavitation characteristic of the test sample pump. Thus it is proved that it is feasible to design small-flow high-head centrifugal-vortex pumps with open-vortex impeller and complex-centrifugal impeller applied to the proposed hydraulic design method.
