摘要
以分子结构观点出发,较为系统地定性分析了香豆胶的粘弹性性能,首次定性地提出了下述观点:当香豆粉溶液与交联剂发生作用时,应有一个最佳化学计量比。
The viscoelasticity of crosslinked Fenugreek gel was qualitatively analysed on the basis of molecular structure theories. This conclusion was first drawn that crosslinked gel had a better viscoelasticity and a higher mechanical strength when Fenugreek reacted with a crosslinker at a stoichoimetrical ratio.
