根据ＣＡＰＰ系统的需求，建立了基于特征的设备环境模型．详细分析了多工艺方案存在的原因，对基于设备环境模型的多工艺方案决策方法进行了分析和讨论，并提出实现步骤．在此基础上。
The demand for the facility environment information of computer aided process planning (CAPP) in CIMS is discussed. A facility environment model based on features is presented. According to the modelling idea, five main features are used to describe the facility environment information, with which a binarytree model is worked out. The reasons for the existence of the alternative process plans are analyzed. The decision making for alternative process planning using the heuristic approach is discussed based on the facility environment model and the procedure is proposed. A method for evaluating the alternative process plans is developed and an example is given.
