摘要
对速度目标值的选择从优势距离、经济性、运营成本、时间价值的节省、经济效果和社会效益、与路网的协调性等方面进行了分析,并对综合选择郑州至西安铁路客运专线速度目标值350 km/h进行了合理性探讨,以符合铁路客运高速化、快速化的发展趋势,适应我国铁路快速网发展的总体需求。
From advantage distance, economic character, operating cost, time-saving value, economic and social benefits, adjustment of road net, it elaborates the choice of aimed rate value, makes rational discussion of comprehensive choice of aimed rate value, that is 350 km/h in Zhengzhou-Xi＇an passenger line, so as to suit the developing trend of high-speed, and suit the general need of railroad speed net development in China.
