摘要
舍饲圈栏环境对猪的生长发育和健康影响很大,为了解不同环境丰富度配置与肉猪生产性能和胴体性状之间的关系,利用铁链、玩具球以及拱槽3种福利性设施,设置8种不同的环境丰富度,对达兰配套系的320头70至150日龄的育成育肥猪进行了试验研究。结果表明:环境丰富度对育成育肥猪的生产性能和胴体品质有明显影响,其中同时设置铁链、玩具球、拱槽试验组的猪只生产性能和胴体品质最好,平均出栏重、平均日增重比对照组提高了5.49kg(p<0.05),10.84%(p<0.05),料重比比对照低13.83%(p<0.05),各处理组的背膘厚、屠宰率、瘦肉率、眼肌面积、胴体长度和后腿比例也均以同时设置铁链、玩具球、拱槽试验组为最好。
In order to investigate the relationships of housing system environment enrichment on performance and carcass traits of pork pigs, eight different combinations of environmental enrichment were placed in the growingfinishing pig pen with three kinds of welfare establishments, iron chain, toy ball and concrete box with cobbles. A total of 320 Darlland synthetic line pigs(from 70 d to 150 d in day-age) were used to evaluate the influences of the eight combinations environment enrichment on growth performance and carcass characteristics. The results showed that the growth performance and carcass characteristics of pork pigs could be affected by the environment enrichment. Among the seven pens, the highest growth performance and the best carcass characteristics of pigs were showed in the seventh pen which enriched with iron chain, toy ball, and concrete box together. The average finishing weight of the seventh experimental group was 5. 49 kg and average daily weight gain (ADG) was 10.84% higher than that of control group (p 〈 0.05). And the feed conversion ratio (FCR) significantly decreased by 13.83% at the experiment stage. The results of slaughting trial showed that the average thickness of backfat, carcass yield, eye muscle area, carcass length, and the hinder leg weight ratio were better than those of the control group. The seventh group was also the best among the experimental groups.
