摘要
《经济管理》杂志2006年第3期发表了陈明亮、马庆国两位先生题为《IT监理的局限性及其解决办法探讨》的文章(以下简称"陈文"),对我国IT监理状况做了一些分析,并提出了自己的看法。对陈文涉及到的若干概念性问题,我们深感有加以讨论的必要,特提出来与两位先生商榷。
In this paper, on the basis of the article The Limit of IT Surveillance and its Solution issued on Journal Economic Management on 2006 No.3,the authors give their views about some concepts in the article and hope to discus with the two writers.
