摘要
本文通过文献复习,从用户分类、调查方法及研究内容等方面分析、回顾医药卫生类信息需求及用户信息行为的研究。国外医药卫生类信息的用户分为医药卫生从业人员、患者或特殊健康状况者、普通公众三个层次。调查方法主要为问卷调查、文献/日志分析、访谈、小组讨论及观察法等。为提高数据的效度,研究者往往同时采用多种方法收集用户信息。研究的内容主要有用户对信息资源、服务及信息培训的需求,对资源的使用偏好、利用频率、存在的障碍及信息行为的影响因素等。
In this paper, the literatures were reviewed about information needs of medicine and health science and the users＂ information behavior in the view of classification of the users, the study methods and research contents . The users for information of medicine and health were divided into the medicine or health practitioners, patients or individuals under special health conditions and the general public. The primary methods were the delivering questionnaires, document / log analysis, interviews, focus groups and direct observation. In practice, the researchers prefer to use multi-methods to collect the users＂ information in order to improve the veracity of data. The main contents for the study were the needs of information source, information service or training, the preference of detecting information, the frequency of using the detection system, the possible barriers to information access and the related factors for information behavior.
