摘要
研究了用D201阴离子交换树脂交换焦炉脱硫废液中的硫氰酸根(SCN^-),对SCN^-质量浓度为1.58mg/mL的废液,其静态交换容量及平衡时间分别为273.8 mg/g、90min,动态交换容量及平衡时间分别为135.6mg/g、15min,温度、废液SCN^-质量浓度对D201树脂交换硫氰酸根无显著影响;对20g饱和交换SCN^-的D201树脂,洗脱硫氰酸根最佳条件为:氨水浓度0.6mol/L,过柱流速60mL/h。在此条件下,洗30min时,洗脱液中SCN^-质量浓度达到138.8mg/mL;洗45min时,79.1%的SCN^-被洗脱;结晶洗脱液,获得NH_4SCN晶体,其中硫氰酸根质量分数为53.34%,相当于NH_4SCN质量分数为69.89%。
The process of exchanging SCN^- from desulphurization waste solution with D201 anion exchange resin is studied. The static exchange capacity and equilibrium time are 237. 8 mg/g resin and 90 min; the dynamic exchange capacity and equilibrium time are 135.6 mg/g resin and 15 min while the concentration of SCN^- is 1.58 mg/mL. There isn't apparent influence about the exchanging SCN^- with different temperature and SCN^- concentration of desulphurization waste solution. The optimal condition of elu- ring SCN^- is that the concentration of NH3 · H2O is 0. 6 mol/L, and the speed of flow is 60 mL/h for 20 g D201 anion exchange resin saturated by SCN^-. The concentration of SCN^- in the eluting resolution arrives to 138.8 mg/mL at 30 min, and 79.1% of SCN^- is exchanged by D201 anion exchange resin after eluted for 45 min. Condensing the eluting resolution, NH4SCN crystal is obtained in which the mass fraction of SCN^- is 53· 34% or the mass fraction of NH4SCN is 69.89% after condensing.
