摘要
介绍了纳米粒、控释水凝胶、微球、微囊等壳聚糖控释剂剂型,并对壳聚糖作为药物载体在抗癌,消化道系统慢性病,内分泌系统慢性疾病等医药领域中的应用研究作简要综述。
Nanoparticle, controlled-release hydrogel, microsphere and microcapsule were introduced in this paper. The applications study of chitosan as the carriers of drug in the field of anticancer, chronic disease of digestive tract system, chronic disease of endocrine system in medicine field were summarized.
