摘要
目的探讨丹参种子航天搭载的诱变效应。方法利用我国第二十颗返地式卫星搭载丹参种子,落地后田间种植观测。结果航天搭载可提高种子的出苗率,促进了幼苗的生长发育,植株的开花期提前1周左右。降低了植株的单株结实率,增加了单株籽粒重,显著提高了种子的千粒重。显著增加了地上的分支数和主果穗长度,提高了根鲜重。结论丹参种子航天搭载诱变的生物学效应,为丹参种质的改良和品种选育提供新的途径。
Objective To discuss the spacing mutation effects on dry seed of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Methotis The dry seed of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. was carried by China 20th scientific and technical retrieved satellite, and sowed after landing, and observed in the field experiment. Results The rate of emergence in SP1 generation increased significantly, during the flowering state of SP1 generation was one week earlier than that of the control treatment. The thousand kernel weight and the total grain weight rised markedly per plant in SP1 generation plants from one year old, as well as the branch number per plant and the main ear axis length and root fresh weight were all higher than that of the control treatment. Conclusion The paper provided theoretical support for improvement and breeding new varieties of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. by spaceflight mutagenesis
