基于RTLinux的切绘机数控系统开发

摘要 介绍了切绘机数控系统的硬件结构和软件开发过程。系统的硬件采用主从式双CPU结构,主CPU为ARM处理器,从CPU为专用运动控制芯片。针对切绘机数控系统的软件开发过程,介绍了RTLinux的系统结构和工作原理,叙述了设备驱动程序的组成,给出了基于RTLinux操作系统的切绘机应用程序的详细开发过程,并阐述了切绘机数控系统软件的工作过程。 The hardware structure and the software development process of the cutting plotter numerical control system are introduced. The hardware of the system is a master-slave CPU(Central Processing Unit) structure. The master CPU is an ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)processor, and the slave CPU is a special motion control chip. Aiming at the software development process of the cutting plotter numerical control system, the system structure and working principle of RTLinux are introduced, the device driver is discussed, the detailed development process of the cutting plotter application program based on the RTLinux operating system is presented, and moreover, the software working process of the cutting plotter numerical control system is explained.
