摘要
分析了地下空间的特征,引出以轨道交通为主的地下空间与周边物业开发方式结合的原则和要求,并结合相关城市的经验,提出了客流引导型和客流疏导型两种交通型地下空间与周边物业开发的结合方式。
This paper analyses the characters of the underground space of rail transit, discusses the principle of combining the underground traffic space and the surouncing estate development, and further proses two types of the underground space： the passenger guidance pattern and the passenger evacuation pattern, which could be combined with the surrounding estate development.
