摘要
随着家蚕基因组全序列框架图的完成,家蚕蛋白质组学研究也就成了当前家蚕研究的主要方向之一。而双向电泳技术和质谱技术的发展为大规模研究家蚕蛋白质组提供了强有力的平台。近年来,基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱在蛋白质组学研究中的应用日益广泛,为此着重对其在家蚕蛋白质组学研究中的应用进行探讨。
With the completion of a draft sequence for the genome of the domesticated silkworm（Bombyx mori）,the study in the silkworm proteomics came to be a focus of silkworm field.The development of 2-D and mass spectrometry made it become a very valuable platform to research silkworm proteomics.In recent years,matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry was wildly applied to proteomics filed.So its application in silkworm proteomics was studied emphatically.
