摘要
根据滚动轴承几何学、运动学基本原理和Hertz弹性体接触理论,同时考虑径向载荷、轴向载荷、球离心力和陀螺力矩的影响,建立了角接触球轴承刚度矩阵的计算模型。计算了某型发动机角接触球轴承在实际工况中的刚度矩阵,为该型发动机轴承-转子系统的动态分析提供了较为准确的边界条件。
A mathematical model on stiffness matrix of angular contact ball bearing was established by using the theory of geometry and kinematics of roiling element bearing and hertzian elastic contact. Meanwhile, radial load, axial load, centrifugal force and gyroscopic moment are considered. The stiffness matrix is computed for angular contact ball bearing of an engine in practice. The results may give more accurate boundary condition of dynamic analysis in rotor - bearing system.
