摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定女金丸中芍药苷的含量。方法采用Dianansil C1851μm（4.6×250mm）色谱柱，乙腈-水（14：86）为流动相，流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在0．15～0．78μg范围内，峰面积与其浓度线性关系良好（Y=0.9995），平均回收率98．41％．RSD：0．82％（n=5）。结论本法分离效果好、准确、重复性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of Herbaceous Peony in Nvjin pill. METHODS Examining by Diamonsil C18 5μm （4.6 ×250mm） column, mobile phase was ethanol-water （ 14： 86） with a flow rate of 1.0mL · min^ - 1 and UV detector at 230nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear （ Y = 0. 9995 ） within the range of 0. 15 - 0. 78μg for Herbaceous Peony, the average recovery was 98.41% , RSD = 0. 82% （ n = 5 ）. CONCLUSION This method is effective in separation, rapid and reliable, suibable for the quality control of the drug.
