摘要
师范性是高等师范院校的基本特征。在当今高校发展转型的时期，高等师范院校面临严峻挑战。高等师范院校的核心竞争力何在，如何在林立高校中取得突破以获取生存发展机会，本文在对其现状进行研究基础上,提出了初步建议。
Normality is the basic characteristic of teachers＇ colleges and universities. Nowadays, at
the times of transformation and development of colleges and universities, they need to face the austeri-ty of challenge. Where the core competencies of higher normal schools is and how they obtain more chances of survival and development among many colleges and universities are the objectives of prima-ry discussion of this paper, based on research of situations of teachers＇ colleges and universities.
