摘要
探讨了用Ni-Ti高温合金对Al2O3陶瓷与金属Nb的封接行为.结果表明,Ni-Ti钎料对Al2O3陶瓷有良好的润湿性及高的焊后界面强度.钎料中的Ti与Al2O3中的O在反应界面上富集和结合是两种材料实现连接的原因.Nb溶入钎料中对减弱界面残余应力。
The braze welding behaviour of Al 2O 3/Nb with Ni Ti high temperature alloy was investigated. It was shown that the wet ability of Ni Ti solder to Al 2O 3 was good, which brought about high welding interface strength. The junction between the two materials was attributed to the accumulating and binding of Ti in the solder and O in Al 2O 3 along the reaction interface. The solution of Nb into the solder was helpful to decrease the residual stress at the interface and increase the binding strength.
