摘要
对大庆石化分公司化肥厂工业应用2年以后卸除的二段蒸汽转化催化剂(Z204)的组分、结构和积碳量进行了分析表征。结果表明,催化剂没有积碳,然而催化剂结构发生了较大的变化,有效活性组分氧化镍损失较大,但该催化剂仍可以加装到新鲜催化剂上部作为保护剂使用。
The components, structure, carbon deposition etc. of the secondary steam reforming catalyst （ Z204 ） discharged from the Fertilizer Plant of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company after two years run were charactefized. The results showed that no carbon deposition occurred ,however, the catalyst structure markedly changed and the active component NiO obviously lost. The catalyst can still be used in the upside of the fresh catalyst as a protectant.
